1. It makes sense to leaf-guard your gutters to stop debris from
   settling in,
   
   
2. Try to have your gutters and downpipes cleaned out at least twice
   a year
   
   
3. During a heavy downpour, a blocked down pipe can cause a backup
   of water in the gutters which can overflow into the eaves and into your ceiling space.
