Toilet Replacement Program - Non-residential (Business)

The Melbourne Toilet Replacement Program has now been extended to non-residential customers. The Non-Residential Toilet Replacement Program is a water saving initiative for businesses to replace single flush toilets and older dual flush toilets with new 4 star, water efficient dual flush toilets. By replacing your old single flush toilets you will save money off your water bills as well as saving water. By switching to a 4-star dual flush toilet, you can save approximately 35,000 litres of water every year for each toilet you replace.

There are no government rebates applicable for non-residential toilet replacements, although if you replace more than 1 toilet, Schultz Plumbing will discount the cost of the first toilet replacement by $50. With this all-inclusive program you can save 15-20% on the price you'd usually pay for a Caroma 4-star water efficient dual flush toilet. There are 3 models to choose from (budget, mid range and premium). As part of the progam we take away and recycle your old toilet/s. There is also a 10 year product and 7 year installation warranty.

The Dual Flush website has not yet been updated with information for non-residential installations, but all the information is valid except for the government rebate. Melbourne's Water Retailers have chosen Schultz Plumbing to replace single flush toilets with water efficient, 4 star, dual flush toilets as part of the Toilet Replacement Program.

With this all-inclusive program you can save up to 35% on the price you'd usually pay.

Single-flush toilets are one of the biggest users of water in homes - using up to 12 litres of drinking water with every flush. By switching to a 4-star dual-flush toilet, you can save approximately 35,000 litres of water every year.
