Schultz Plumbing has a Customer Response Centre (CRC) with
dedicated Co-ordinators who, take calls, schedule jobs, communicate
job details to the plumbers, and answer customer queries.

Our long term close association with various water utilities has
produced a very high level of customer service training in field
and office staff.

Our excellent customer service performance is verified by
regular customer surveys and the overwhelmingly positive
feedback received.
